"The Armed Drill Team. We are laughed at, looked down on, and thought of as a joke, but if we took other people's opinion offensively, we wouldn't be nearly as capable and advanced as we are. We practice, we learn, and we improve. Since I have been on this team, I have gone to four competitions, and we placed once; however, our spins improve each time, as we learn from our mistakes. We are not like any other team for when we learn it comes form our rifle drops, our bruises, our desire to be the best, and our motivation. I am C/SSgt. Hugo Calderon, I am the commander of the Armed Drill Team. I may be one of the best, but I'm still an equal to my other teammates."
